will start another pair of socks later. well actually: bed slippers for my mom. will be the last pair for now, cause it's about time i take my graphic tablet and do some drawing again. allthough i still promised my daughter to knit her a scarf.
cansu, how's your scarf coming along?

| Mood is good, finally got over my grandma's loss who passed away two weeks ago. It is weird how grief attacks you and takes over when things like this happen.
And yeah happy Valentine for the those who are in a relationship. Love makes the world a better place. There was a crazy traffic almost everywhere because of all the people buying those cute dolls and flowers and bags and gifts, but I was not angry at all because I knew it is all for a good cause

| Just got back from Tallinn, Estonia. Some beers and wines and food and Titanic museum visit. Nice. I am a bit obsessed with titanic stuff, made me shiver really to see some of the things from actual titanic. I know the story very well, so there was no news for me, but the feeling, gooseflesh. Made me want to dig into this history again. | |

| can imagine the goosflesh. not that i'm particularly interested in that story, but it's like with all big disasters, when you think about what these people must have gone through.
'im really addicted to knitting again. always liked it, always knitted a lot. but a few years back there was a long period that it wasn't fashionable at all. so i'm very happy it's trendy again, to knit and to wear handknitted stuff. started my 6th pair of socks yesterday. think i'm going to try to sell them next winter.

| great to hear you had a good time in Estonia when i was a kid we had a Hungarian novel that described the story of the Titanic through the eyes of a young boy, it was very good, i learned the Morse code after reading it (and forgot it soon after) | |

| I havent been there Morgana, yet but i know i should. The thing about my interest is as much in the ship itself as in the people. And its not coming from the movie titanic with leonardo and kate I prefer the one which sticks to the facts. Mood: tired. Feels like i should go back to bed after these three cups of coffee that didnt succeed to wake me up. | |

I am used to going to John's but it so much more trouble with Paul and the dog. And i am just thinking about that i need to start to clean up, all things what's been years on the attic or in the garage, shall i take it with me or shall i get rid of it? And when i am not in my house i cannot start tsss

| how many pairs do you think i should knit? 100? carla, another thing you have to take care of. wish you good luck with emptying the attic. hopefully john has a big attic too, so you can keep a lot of stuff you're attached to. i don't know, are you person who throws away things easily. or are you a "keeper", like me? | |

| Strangest thing just happened... a van pulled up from a heating firm and the driver said they got a call from us last week about a problem with the hot water... our name, address and phonenumber was on his form, but we never called them as we just had a new heater installed at the start of the winter - and by another firm (so if we had a problem we'd have called them)... | |
