Forum look

I will make some changes to the looks of the forum, so it resembles anathema`s current style of the new album. hope that is okay with you guys?


i will have to try few options, so if the forum isnt working at the moment, it is because of me messing around with it



if you find anything that you dont like, let me know and i will find a solution.

You might need to change the colour under our profiles, and maybe try something else for the background. But font size and colour look nice

i have a question though. yesterday i took a quick peek, and noticed several new posts. but i didn't have time to read, so i didn't open anything. coming back here today, they aren't marked anymore. how come?

og, and: can you put some kind of path somewhere? one that goes back to the starting page? damn, not sure how to say what i mean. hope you understand

Irene, this is how i go back. i scroll down where quick box reply is and either click one step back, so in this case Pit - place for moderators. or, to go whole way back the drop menu in Jump to option and click to whichever part i need to get back to. i know this is what you had in mind?

about the posts not being marked, i think maybe because of all of the changes i kept making. could be that. let me know, pls, if it works now. i mean, threads being marked with different sign.

indii, going one step back often isn't enough. and i do not see a "jump to" dropbox here. i don't have it.
so i can either scroll all the way to the top of the page and click the anathema banner, or click in my browser one page back, one page back, and so, on till i'm back where i want to be.

i'll let you know about the posts soon. could be what you said.

okay, you just helped me realize only i have Jump to option. which i dont ever use. i go back clicking either on the forum button or forum names.

this is one way also. there are arrows at the beginning and end of thread on the right. three arrows.
Back to top. Go down. View previous topic. View next topic.

so, better not do scrolling but push arrow for back to top. and then, if you wish to return to home screen of course, click either Forum button or header as you say.

hope it helps. this red layout is the same as previous blue one. same developers made it. i changed background, fonts, colors, header, few more things.

well, underneath this quick reply box there is the path to click one step back, as you said in the other post. but in the blue version there was one more step back.

like here it says  "Pit-place for...." * "forum announcements and...."

before it said "anathemates" *"pit...." * "forum announcements..."

so one was able to click one more step backwards.

i have removed the forum name, because it is consisted in the main forum photo. it would not suit if under the photo also writes Anathema. you know?

i know what i can put there, but i cant do that just yet.

maybe you could just write "home"?

When you go on your Profile/Avatar you get new option Create your custom avatar. Try it, its okay. not all options are available in free part of the applications but its cool.

time to change to boring red and cover. been too long. this is not a finished look, but something similar will stick around.
