Veggie day today, bought some simple quorn burgers and some with nuts. Served with rice and this vegetable dish I nicked from Jamie Oliver: tomatoes and spring onions, stir fried with red pepper, saffron and salted lemon!

Wednesday is market day in town, and I love strolling across it and browsing fresh veggies. Most of today's aquirements found their way into supper: stir fried spring onions with beans, carrots and coriander; noodles, and chicken meatballs with coconut & self made curry.

Doesn't take much skill to toss ingredients in a pot and try them for taste every once in a while
